Megan Silva

I am a freelance videographer/photographer, as well as a production assistant across North Texas. I have been a production assistant on reality TV, narrative TV, feature films, and corporate branding videos. for the past three years. Some examples are: Deep Fried Dynasty in 2022, Bass Reeves - Paramount Studios in 2023, and Dickies Clothing Photoshoots from 2022 - Present.

I gravitate towards leadership positions for productions, such as the Producer and Associate Producer in productions. I am well versed in these roles, including but not limited to: Managing teams across multiple production sets, coordinating crew travel, maintaining permits for locations, creating call sheets, organizing rental equipment, crafty runs, and hiring freelance crew.

Over the past three years, I have been on over thirty sets as a Production Assistant. I have been able to hone my skills to be the person every shoot needs. I anticipate the needs of the crew, I think quickly on my feet, and can perform tasks without guidance.
