- Communicating necessary information to candidates to inform them of the hiring steps and any questions they have with the businesses processes.
- Creating candidate profile folders, candidate document management and storage.
- Screening of the candidates resumes.
- Candidate screening to assess if the candidate is eligible for registering for work in New Zealand.
- Background checks and requesting and following up on candidate references.
- Conducting intensive 2-hour interviews and documentation of the interview.
- Hiring managing: post interview meeting and discussion with interview support to decide if the candidate is a good fit for the role.
- Creating, sending, following up and processing of contracts to successful candidates.
- Direct feedback and summaries of all interviews to the company's director.
- Weekly attendance of management meetings: discuss business objectives, future planning, addressing and refining business processes.
- Liaise with other members of the team with regards to candidate handovers and management.
- Business research: researching multiple medical professional registration processes for New Zealand, The United Kingdom and Australia. Utilizing this research to expand the current business model and create new business processes and planning.
