I work closely with hiring managers across many departments to ensure that job postings align with real needs, source and screen candidates, and manage hiring process. I am always looking for ways to improve the candidate experience with the recruitment and hiring process and source the best candidates for the organization.

I have over 10 years in program administration in higher education, as well as over five years in talent acquisition in both higher education and the banking industry.

I have both my SHRM-CRP and PHR certifications along with a Bachelors degree in English and working towards a Masters in Human Resource Management.
