- Making calls to patients, leaving voice mail or sending messages are the ways of communication to let them know their medication is ready for pick up at the pharmacy.
- Follow-up to all the patients making calls until they pickup their med or is already delivered.
- Inform the MA the reasons why the patients discontinued or refuses a med, sending task to them about the possible side effects.
- Verifying which medications are discontinued or completed to delete them for the EHR.
- Problem resolving regarding medication cost and difficulties of picking up a medication and offering them pharmacies that provide delivery services.
