Hello! My name is Melanie Saguy Loja and I am 18 years old. I am graduated in Ramapo High School (June 2026). I am the middle child in my family and I grew up in New York. I enjoy going out for walks, nature, and have a strong love for animals.
In my free time, I read, play tennis and soccer during the summer, do arts and crafts like painting and working with clay . My career is to apply into a veterinary school and study animal science. Since I was a kid, I have always had a soft spot for them and a huge admiration for veterinary work.
I am new to animal care but I have hands-on experience with dogs through caring for my own dog including walking, bathing, cleaning and feeding. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter once a month since November 2025 , where I helped by giving treats and assisting with small animals, and walking dogs. I am comfortable being around animals and following instructions. I am looking forward working with you!
