I have extensive knowledge of deescalating extreme behaviors and using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a scientific approach to extinguish negative behaviors and build communication that is individualized to the client. Along with positive reinforcers based on the child's preferences. It is my overall belief that in order to gain the ability is to determine the cause, such as, is there an antecedent that starts the behavior, is the inability to communicate properly part of the issue, is it environmental, or an organic cause that is creating the behaviors will build success in the home and learning environment.
It is our educational duty to act quickly in potentially dangerous situations in a calm, caring, yet productive manner. I am a hard-working individual who has received many awards in the Psychiatric Program, along with the Working Environment.
