With over 25 years of experience in public service, healthcare, corrections, and education, I bring a diverse background in training, counseling, safety, and community support. I currently serve as a Regional Trainer for the State of Illinois, leading policy and system training while collaborating with courts, attorneys, and state agencies. My career spans roles as a Correctional Treatment Officer, addictions counselor, substitute teacher, and admissions specialist, where I consistently improved programs, increased engagement, and supported diverse populations.
In addition to my state and community service, I am a certified CPR/BLS instructor, CNA, and phlebotomist with expertise in health and safety instruction, case management, and crisis response. My skills extend into security, medical courier services, fingerprinting, DNA and drug testing, and public safety support. I am recognized for my leadership, adaptability, and ability to deliver reliable, professional solutions that meet the needs of individuals, families, and organizations.
