- Managing 12,000 pigs 4 barn nursery sites with 1 staff.
- Reporting to MHP/SSHP on planning, scheduling and implementation in attaining nursery production targets.
- Training of new employees on nursery production practices, health and safety, animal welfare and other company policies.
- Flexible and always available to work on all the tasks required in the nursery production.

- Responsible for planning the breeding activities at a 3000-sow level with 4-person team members.
- Accountable on hitting breeding targets and involved in culling planner.

Animal Care Technician (ACT) at Stockdale Nursery and Congreve Sow (2019-03 – 2022-03)
- Hands on involvement on the production activities in the barn such as washing and room preparation, receiving and shipping of pigs, daily chores, vaccination and record keeping
- As health and safety representative- implemented safe work behaviors, ensured a harmless working environment and report near misses/ hazards observed.
