Led creative direction and produced VFX sequences for a narrative film, translating the director's desired mood into visual concepts and designing a tailored generative production pipeline; completed AI generation, post-processing, and three revision rounds through final VFX delivery within one month.
Designed and executed a character style-transfer pipeline across five live-action shots using a customized ComfyUI workflow integrating T2I, I2I and I2V, modifying only the character's hairstyle while preserving the original performance and continuity across changing camera angles, occlusions, and costumes—eliminating the need for reshoots.
Created experimental works with a distinctive visual language by fine-tuning generative models, training custom LoRAs, and integrating models with ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and AnimateDiff; work exhibited at Zhou B Art Center and SAIC Gallery.
Developed a multi-agent archival system coordinating OCR, transcription, and document assembly to process 98 pages of handwritten manuscripts, producing a structured index and readable OCR-assisted transcription supporting a scholar's monograph.

Independently created four interactive game and VR works in Unity and Unreal Engine, owning end-to-end art direction and development from concept and level design through interaction systems and UI/UX; three were exhibited at Zhou B Art Center, DADS, and NoNation, collectively presented to 1,000+ visitors.
Designed an AI-assisted image-to-3D pipeline combining ComfyUI, SHARP, Blender, and Gaussian Splatting to create production-ready assets for five virtual environments used across the game and VR works.
