Assistant/Center Manager - BioMat USA Plasma Center - A Grifols Plasma Company - Carrollton, Texas

Responsible for all aspects of the donor center when the Center Manager is not present. Creates an appropriate organizational environment and value system which stimulates the morale and productivity of the workforce and its leadership. Collaborates with Training and Quality staff to ensure that training and quality goals are met.
Coaches and leads through effective feedback to employees through the Operations Supervisor(s). Monitors and evaluates operations. Works with the Center Manager to develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and supervises the implementation of improvements.
Make critical decisions for the modifications of action plans. Responsible for all personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions, termination and maintenance of all personnel. Directs the training activities of production of employees through the training coordinator.
Actively delegates, monitors and holds responsible the Operation Supervisors for their performance. Review and approve employee schedules to accommodate donor cycles. Directs and supervises employees.
Operations Supervisor - BioMat USA Plasma Center - A Grifols Plasma Company - Carrollton, Texas

Maintain the ability to perform any and all tasks within the plasma center. Ensures accurate thorough documentation of necessary records performed. Maintains active communication with other services areas to ensure accurate documentation and quality.
Submit timely and accurate reports as required by Center Manager and or Assistant Manager. Responsible for all aspects of the donor center when the Center Manager and Assistant Manager is not present. Creates appropriate organizational environment and value systems which stimulate the morale and productivity of the work force and its leadership.
Collaborates with training and quality staff to ensure that training and quality goals are met. Directs the training activities of production employees through the Training Coordinator. Partners with the Assistant Manager in daily production and oversees the facility to achieve production targets and quality goals at the agreed-upon cost structure.
Review and approve employee's schedules to accommodate donor cycles. Actively delegates, monitors and holds the area lead accountable for their performance. Directs and supervises employees. Develop and implement active donor recruitment advertising
