Hi, I'm Mercedes! I'm the person people naturally come to when something needs to be worked out a friend, a teammate, or a customer on the phone. I love sitting with someone in a frustrating situation, listening past the surface, and helping them get to "okay, we fixed it." That's carried me through years of high-volume inbound support, account resolution, billing, and collections, where I've learned to stay calm under pressure and walk people through solutions one step at a time.

A lot of that patience comes from life outside work, too. Coaching sports, volunteering, and mentoring others have taught me how to meet people where they are and keep them encouraged, even when they're frustrated something I bring into every customer interaction. I've been recognized twice as a Top Performer at Spectrum for my call volume and my ability to actually resolve accounts, not just close tickets.
