BIOLIFE PLASMA CENTERS, building remodels in San Diego and Sacramento, CA. Layout and installation of framing/drywall/ finishes. Installation of 50 degree below freezer systems, all new M.E.P. systems with the replacement of new RTUs and roof. Also, installation of new life safety & monitoring system. CHUZES FITNESS CENTERS, building remodels in Sacramento and Los Angeles. Layout/framing/finishes, M.E.P. systems, replacement of RTUs and roof. Installation of gym/exercise equipment, locker room, I,R. Saunas and hot steam rooms. Set up of all video/TVs and gym rubber flooring and mats.

Construction Superintendent - BerryHutton Construction - Chattanooga, TN

Provided supervision for construction projects; maintain/update and ensure the scheduling of inspections, records and files.

Projects included: WALMART SUPER CENTERS, remodels for eleven Walmart Super Centers in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. Worked closely with the Walmart Construction Management, main focus on refrigeration, flooring, painting and constructing a temporary Pharmacy during the remodel. Customer safety was a high priority as the work was completed while stores remained open for all remodels. Also, new construction for three Neighborhood Markets. Additional completed projects included ROUSES GROCERY STORES, O"REILLYS AUTOPARTS, DICKS SPORTING GOODS, DAVITA DIALYSIS CENTERS.

Construction Superintendent - Polu Kai Services - Tampa, FL

Provided supervision and oversight of the demolition/installation of walk-in coolers/freezers at the V.A. Hospital, Birmingham, AL. Supervised the demolition/remodel of the mower gym to a two-story administration building, Fort Stewart, GA. Enforced construction quality and safety.

Construction Superintendent - THE CLOISTER - Sea Island, GA

(2003 - 2006)

A 350-million-dollar demolition and complete remodel of the iconic five-star Cloister Hotel, The Spa at Sea, tennis facilities, beach resort, twelve condominiums and parking garage. Collaborated with management team and project owner to perform project analysis and time line for the project. Supervised the installation of all underground utilities including water, sewer, gas, force main, lift stations, grease traps, chill water lines and utility duct banks.

Conducted field meetings, inspections with contractors and architects to review schedules and compliance with contract specifications.
