My name is Michael Heald, and I work in the IT field, where I'm focused on expanding my technical expertise. Currently, I'm working towards earning my CompTIA Security+ and CCNA certifications to further advance my career. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and following the NBA.
