Duties include geotechnical activities (QA/QC, core loss, physical property measurements), transporting core in and out of the coreshack to the core storage area using a skid-steer, core-cutting and sampling, preparation of samples for shipping to the lab, diamond drill-rig site set-up and safety inspections (surface and underground), drill hole surveying with gyros (surface and underground), helicopter-assisted drill moves and supplies, and winter road building.
