CLIENT SERVICES – BUSINESS INSIGHTS
- Utilizing worldwide Amex cardmember spending data to design and build a variety of analytical spending reports across the Travel, Restaurant and Retail industries. Leveraged Sales reporting to drive Merchant Advertising objectives and revenue growth though the sale of these Strategic Insights. (representing annual ad sales revenue of $150 million)
- Lead the development of optimized targeting, segmentation, and measurement strategies leveraging American Express Cardmember data driving clients response and incremental business
- Partnered with National Marketing in redesign and standardization of Customer Profile Analysis, utilizing Tableau software. Improved turnaround time from weeks to hours
PROJECT MANAGMENT
- Led the creation and delivery of over 1,000 annual analytical reports, and managed multiple teams and consultants through my Amex tenure
- Acted as Team Liaison in the design and application of AXP Data Access Policies

- Design and implementation of departmental marketing strategies, direct mail campaigns and response analytics. Oversaw process for list source management and lead generation. Managed three marketing coordinators. Responsible for Trade Relations account management for Top Entertainment clients, including Ticketmaster. Represented BMI at tradeshows, and sat on numerous Licensing panels.
