I earned my Physics PhD by working with numerical simulations of the Sun's corona and solar wind environment. Naturally, with a background like this, I found myself in the healthcare industry after graduation. I have worked with West Pharmaceutical Services for the past 5 years where I helped build their R&D data science team from the ground up.
This experience has exposed me to a wide variety of problems, such as machine vision, business intelligence, and experiment design. Most importantly, I can communicate the ideas from all these topics in a way that's approachable.
Having a good team dynamic is important to me. Some of my best moments involved mentoring a junior member or working with a peer to solve a really complex challenge. Working life is so much better when your teammates have each other's backs.
