I have over 15 years experience working with fleet maintenance. Every aspect of maintaining a fleet all the way to customizing the build with stakeholders I have experienced. I enjoy finding solutions to fleet defects and watching the MBF reduce from proactive preventative maintenance.

I have worn many hats in my career with Fleet vehicles. I began cleaning and fueling the fleet that consisted of over 700 vehicles including gas, CNG, Propane, Hybrid, and Electric vehicles. I then was trained to be a diesel technician and repaired vehicles for about 2 years.

Next I was a Fleet supervisor for about 6 or 7 years where I was in control of over 50 people sometimes. In that position I maintained the PM schedules, made am service with all sub fleets and maintained a safe environment. Quality inspecting each PM and multiple repairs nightly as well as maintaining time clock activity and approving or denying time off based on workload to manpower ratio.

I kept track of vehilces down for parts and scheduled work based on availability.

I am on class away from completing my associates which will be completed this December.
