I supervise a medical marijuana facility in Pennsylvania. I'm in the harvest department. I am the Harvest Lead. I supervise and lead 40 employees, where we harvest wet, cutting it up hang, then dry trim a week later.

I earned my title by being the hardest working person in the building. I lead by example, I work the same fast pace for 10 hours a day, right alongside my co workers. They respect and love me because of my drive, work ethic, and communication skills.

I'm built different, nobody works like me. If given an opportunity I will prove to you how valuable I am for a company. Currently in Martinez CA on vacation, trying to relocate out here. I just want to keep succeeding in my life and career.

I work in the harvest department. I supervise 40 employees. I do wet harvest, dry harvest. Cutting plants down, cutting them up, trim and hang. I earned my position by being the hardest worker in the building.

I'm very career driven. I lead by example, all my employees love and respect me. I'm the supervisor that works right beside them and go the same fast pace 10 hours a day. They respect that, I take the supervisor role to a whole new level.

I'm out in Martinez, CA right now on vacation, trying to keep exceeding in life. I promise you, I'm built different, given the opportunity I will prove it.
