I have worked in the Telecom industry for 13 years and was in charge of Customer relations, Executive escalations, billing, Training and Mentoring and a Supervisory role within the company. I am a quick learner and very dedicated to my position and to the customer and people I support.
13 years within the Telecom industry doing Implementation, Billing, repair and building customer relationships within my account base. I also have experience Executive Escalations, bringing in past due revenue, Supervisory roles and training and mentoring.
Associates degree in arts and Science and most of the way through a Bacherlors degree in business Management.
