My name is Michelle DuBien, I have done customer service in one way or another since I started working when I was 16. I enjoy working with people and helping them with whatever issue they might be having. I have been in the Healthcare Industry for about 23 years and have found that I like it best. I've done everything from Reception, Registration Enrollment, and Billing to mention a few, I love this field.
I have wanted to work for Independent Health Insurance for a long time. Unfortunately, anytime I was looking for employment IHA was not hire for anything I would be qualified for. I also applied for the Member Services Representative working from home. I hope to get an interview and join the IHA Team
