I'm someone who's very dependable, hardworking, and people-oriented. Throughout my professional experience, I've developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and I really enjoy working with others and finding ways to get things done efficiently. I'm also someone who likes to learn and take on new challenges. I'm looking for an opportunity where I can bring my experience and skills I've developed, and contribute to a strong team.

I have over 10 years of experience working in human services, with a strong background in residential services and supporting individuals with complex needs.

Most recently, I managed a homeless shelter, where I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residence. This included maintaining the property and grounds, completing leases, coordinating necessary yearly inspections and licenses, ensuring the home was safe and compliant, and working with staff, residents, and community professionals.

I also have experience working in a domestic violence shelter, where I completed client intakes and assessments, identified individual needs, provided appropriate resources and referrals, and helped clients connect with services to support their safety and stability.

In addition, I have experience working in the addiction community. I was responsible for completing discharges and making sure clients had an appropriate and safe place to go when they left the program. This included helping connect them with resources and services so they could continue receiving the support they needed.

Overall, my experience has taught me how to manage residential environments, work with people during difficult times, coordinate services, solve problems, and advocate for clients while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
