With a 20-year career in construction and Real Estate, I bring a dynamic management style that champions collaboration and yields exceptional team results. My enterprising spirit and proactive approach to team management have been pivotal in spearheading numerous successful projects, earning accolades from executive leadership, teams, and esteemed business partners alike. I have successfully fostered impactful relationships across multifaceted teams and forged strategic alliances with a discerning clientele.
I have developed a bespoke approach to project management to tailor strategies which align with unique project requirements.
Director of Global Projects 2 years
I developed and managed capital budgets for projects and facilities, ensuring they aligned with organizational goals. I standardized project management practices by creating comprehensive processes and playbooks, and I implemented an effective monitoring tool to improve project visibility and decision-making. Acting as the escalation point for the team, I resolved issues promptly while mentoring team members to enhance their skills and promote best practices.
Through close collaboration with internal groups, I captured all requirements to ensure project success. I also oversaw the contracting process for construction projects in other countries and collaborated closely with workers' health and safety unions to address health and safety concerns for international sites.
Senior Project Manager 9 years
As an owner representative, I managed projects valued at over $500 million, delivering successful outcomes for high-profile clients such as Apple Inc., Union Bank, Deloitte, Chevron, and Wells Fargo. These projects enhanced clients' operational efficiency and optimized space utilization. I led teams of up to twenty members, fostering collaboration and consistently achieving project goals through a cohesive and strategic approach.
While implementing programs I would be responsible for onboarding contractors and presenting CBRE and/or client safety standards. This was especially important with executing the Chevron work in which there was a two-day training/seminar I would present the safety expectations for all work.
