I started with H.O.A., as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Then we were required to go paperless.
Software was introduced, and I was promoted to Misys Core Trainer. I trained my co-worker's, supervisor's, as well as any other employee's having to transfer from paper to EMR. My duties were to troubleshoot software, along with any technical issues, pull audits on all employee's to ensure information had been uploaded to the server by the time specified, and assist the M.C.S.E. I performed these tasks by inbound phone calls, in office drop-ins, and in the field as required.
