Michelson Gedeon

My name is Michelson Gedeon, and I’m a dedicated and compassionate individual who values making a positive impact in my community. I have experience working as an Aftercare Counselor, where I supported students in a safe and encouraging environment, helping them build social skills and succeed academically. In addition to my professional experience, I was also a proud member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where I mentored youth and developed strong leadership and communication skills.

These experiences have strengthened my passion for working with others, fostering growth, and creating meaningful connections that help people reach their full potential.

I have gained valuable experience through various roles that have strengthened my leadership and communication skills. I previously worked as an Aftercare Counselor, where I supervised and guided students in a positive and engaging environment. In addition, I volunteered as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, supporting and inspiring youth to reach their goals.

Currently, I work as a Digital Make Line Crew Member at Chipotle, where I focus on teamwork, efficiency, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced setting. Each of these experiences has helped me grow both personally and professionally, shaping me into a hardworking and dependable individual.

I recently graduated from high school and am now continuing my education at Palm Beach State College, where I am majoring in Business Entrepreneurship. I chose this field of study because I have a strong interest in leadership, innovation, and building creative solutions that make a difference. My goal is to develop the skills and knowledge needed to start and manage my own successful business in the future.
