Seasoned Welder with over 10 years of hands-on experience setting up and operation welding equipment and reading blue prints, as well as assemble metal structures, while the machine is known as the welding power supply. Welders work with various materials such as metals (steel, aluminum, brass, stainless steel) or plastics. They require good dexterity, attention to detail, and technical knowledge about the materials and welding practices.
Responsible for joining metal parts together using various welding techniques such as MIG, Flux , or stick welding. I can interpret blueprints, operate welding equipment, and ensure the structural integrity of the welded components and performs routine maintenance on equipment, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical or electrical issues in manufacturing facilities. I conduct preventive maintenance to keep machinery operational and minimize downtime.
