My professional experience spans 14+ years, during which I have honed my technical skills and expertise in managing a wide range of systems. I am also an effective communicator and collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements. I have worn may different hats over the past 14 years from Ergonomic Advisor, Team Lead, Orientation Specialist, Education Officer, Clinical Engineer, Operations Technician and of course IT Administrator.

In my extensive IT management career within manufacturing, I've led a multifaceted role. This included designing, configuring, and maintaining corporate networks to enhance manufacturing operations and overseeing server hardware, software environments, and storage solutions. I provided technical support for specialized electronics manufacturing software and managed an advanced inventory control system, ensuring precise tracking of components.

My role involved monitoring systems for product quality, deploying IoT devices, and practicing ESD protocols. I actively participated in on-call support, created and maintained backup and disaster recovery protocols, and fostered vendor relationships. Managing user profiles and enforcing security, I acquired hardware components and ensured software licensing compliance.

I maximized efficiency through virtualization technologies, monitored system performance, and implemented security measures. My collaborative efforts supported various departments, including cybersecurity measures and infrastructure planning. I also meticulously managed budgets, maintained secure remote access, and resolved hardware and software issues, while proactively scheduling hardware maintenance.

Graduated top of my class in High School, coursed in Architecture and currently enrolled in Information Technology, holding a 4.0 GPA for the fourth semester.
