- Monitor compliance with NHTD waiver, Medicaid, RRDC, and agency requirements.
- Supervise, train, and support Service Coordinators to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular chart audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Track participants' Medicaid eligibility, authorization status, and service units.
- Ensure Service Coordinators address changes in eligibility, including inactive Medicaid or missing authorization/code 60, promptly.
- Review and approve RSPs, UAS-related documentation, HCSS, Structured Day Program, and other service requests as applicable.
- Monitor Service Coordinator caseloads and ensure required contacts and deadlines are completed.
