Milba Vera

Doctor in Agricultural Sciences with specialization in Animal Genetic Improvement and extensive background in research and technical management in the agricultural sector. Solid experience in productive data management, the analysis of economically relevant traits in dairy cattle from a quantitative genetic perspective, in the implementation of statistical models for the estimation of genetic parameters, application of genetic improvement and crossbreeding plans, and in the implementation of process technologies related to genetics in primary production systems. Research team leader at INTA and university professor, demonstrating the ability to coordinate complex projects and represent national institutions in sectoral forums.
