As a proven leader and consistent high performer in completions and reservoir engineering within the oil & gas sector, I have improved product solutions, team performance, and client outcomes for leaders in the industry across my career. Throughout successful tenures at Schlumberger, Keane Group, and now as Senior Technical Engineering Manager/co-founder of specialized welling product developer, North American Automation, I have delivered high-impact improvements in processes and performance that have helped exceed product development and client satisfaction goals.
I’ve taken my responsibilities extremely seriously through running OSHA and EPA compliant workspaces and instilling a culture of quality assurance for products at every stage—from planning to modeling, design, testing, manufacturing, and delivering to client needs. At the organizational level, I’ve formulated and enforced KPIs and best practices as well as collaborated with other departments to deliver outstanding products for our partners and customers around the world, including Shell, Conoco-Philips, and Halliburton. These products have made tangible differences for clients and helped increase our company’s bottom-line, even amidst challenges like the COVID Pandemic.
As you will see from my attached resume, my career highlights include:
- Successfully delivering complex modelling assignments for seven different operators and frac companies involving drilling net growth and production. Two of which led to retained business on my company’s perforating system.
- Championing and overseeing deployment of two products to help filter sand, gain more frac coverage, and allow for better producing wells. Worked directly with frac crews and utilized ResFrac, Gohfer, Spotfire, Aries, IHS Harmony Reservoir, and FracPRO software for reservoir modeling.
- Bringing completions and production engineering products to market after careful needs assessment, design, and testing phase, with follow-up client support—deploying them in basins across North America and increasing company revenue by millions of dollars.
Ultimately, I owe a large portion of this success to the emphatic dedication of people who work with me in challenging environments, and that means my ensuring they know what to do, learning from them, and in turn making sure they have the tools they need to get the job done. I have taken an active part in directing and delegating to different teams under different environments for six- and seven-figure upstream, midstream, and downstream projects, while also establishing clear lines of communication to multiple departments in the organization across all our branches. I also communicate extensively with local and international stakeholders, aligning our equity partners in Argentina in fluent Spanish. What’s more, I have also taken an active role in representing the company at major technical conferences like Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) and Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Conference (HFTC). Finally, I transpose the work I do in the community as a volunteer with organizations like the Young Men’s Service League, Relay for Life, North Texas Food Bank, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital to make sure my teams all work in a cohesive, productive, and mutually reinforcing manner.
Sincerely,
