Hello! My name is Min Chang and I am currently a pre-med student with a long-term goal in Nursing. I am currently about to take courses for the NCCT Certified Medical Assistant program at North Orange County ROP with hopes of gaining clinical patient-facing experience before applying to Nursing School. I believe Orange County Cardiac Rhythm Institute would be a great place for me to stay long term as I go through the journey of Medical Assisting onto Nursing School.
In my previous medical administrative roles, I have had experience in supporting EHR workflows, patient registration, medical records, insurance verification, billing, clinical documentation, and HIPAA-compliant record management. Experienced with NextGen and Practice Fusion EHR, including chart maintenance, document indexing, scheduling, and clinical support. I am also comfortable working in a high-volume production environment and performed strong customer service and clerical skills.
