• ServSafe Web & eCommerce Overhaul - Managed the entire project lifecycle of a 24 month digital transformation for the international ServSafe program, bridging Business and IT teams to facilitate stakeholder engagement and identify requirements and risks. Successfully migrated all product and customer data to a new e-Commerce platform, implemented single sign-on (SSO) for a seamless one-cart, one-login approach across all sites, and launched the new ServSafe sites to acclaimed international success.
• ServSafe Certification Platform Creation - Led a groundbreaking 18 month long project to create a global online course and certification platform for ServSafe, serving U.S.-based and international restaurant industry employees, including major clients like McDonald's.
