- Completed a policing needs assessment of the police districts, which informed the design of new policing infrastructure projects for Law Order Trust Fund for Afghanistan (LOTFA).
- Conducted a joint assessment with EUPOL/GIZ of Kabul airport to design a new Joint Operations Centre (JOC) for Kabul International Airport, thereby coordinating inter-agency efforts to enhance security.
- Conducted a scoping and feasibility assessment of 119 emergency call center including liaison with telecom providers to provide toll-free emergency calls for all Afghan citizens seeking emergency services.
- Conducted a capability and capacity assessment of the PEM (Police E Mardumi) units to identify gaps in community-policing relations.
- Extensive background investigations on new and existing police recruits with the addition of existing employees supporting the Ministry of Interior.
- Provided technical inputs into the development of all policing components of new projects currently under develop by UNDP's Rule of Law Unit: COPS (Community Oriented Policing Services), KSS (Kabul Safety and Security), APRD (Afghan Police Recruitment Development).
- Serving as the lead national policing advisor on police recruitment and training to the Minister's Senior Advisor.
