Assigning tasks to associates/operators and supervising/ promoting by self-engagement - Goods/products are stored and transported, with quality/accuracy. Ensuring practical and theoretical understanding of the work of associate (associates take orders, locate and palletize products as per order - conservatively shrink wrap the product/pallet, secure the shipping label and unload them at the designated location). Update work with colleagues/operations via email/chat/electronic devices & resolve incidents/ injuries, including various work issues of associates.
Inspecting and reporting warehouse products, equipments. (Equipments are used during working in compliance with safety manner) Keeping workplace clean, place damaged and abandoned products (wet/dry) in the designated location
