I am a driven and accomplished Senior at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), majoring in Human Resource Management (HRM). A proud native of Long Beach, California, I have cultivated a strong foundation in leadership and organizational development through both academic and extracurricular activities.My commitment to excellence is reflected in my role as the President of the Black Business Student Association, where I successfully expanded membership, organized impactful events, and implemented innovative systems to ensure smooth leadership transitions. I've also gained valuable experience as a Brand Ambassador, showcasing my ability to represent organizations effectively.Additionally, I am an active participant in the Corporate Mentor Program, where I collaborate with a seasoned mentor to develop professionally, refine my skills, and work on real-world business challenges.
