As a customer service and Sales Specialist, I was responsible for designing and selling special order as well as stock windows and doors. While providing exceptional customer service, I maintained the department clean and easy to shop throughout the day. In addition to focusing on special order item sales, I am also experienced in resolving all customer issues such returns and customer complaints.

Education

My education experience has varied over the years, but I had to take a break from school during covid to help support my family. I will be resuming my education at the community college in my city to finish my degrees.
