Hello!

My name is Monique Cabrera and I am energetic, dedicated, and love people and seeing them live their best lives! I bring a positive and motivating energy to my work and relationships. I love to inspire and encourage those around me, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable environment. I am passionate about holistic health and the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in natural preventative approaches to well-being and I am dedicated to practices that promote overall balance such as nutrition, exercise, mental health, and mindfulness.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology but went on to get certified in teaching Prek-3rd grade. I taught for 13 years and then went on to get certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner as well as a Bioenergetic Testing Practitioner. I co-coordinate the Ocean County Chapter of the Holistic Moms Network. I have always been interested in holistic health but when I personally had some health challenges and overcame them through the holistic health practices, I knew I wanted to help others achieve optimal health as well.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and out in the sunshine! I have two sweet daughters and two doodle pups. I am a lover of nature and the arts. I like to paint, sing, and dance. I also volunteer at my church with the children's ministry.
