Morgan McCann

I am a hard-working recent college graduate (BS in Cell Biology/Biochemistry) from Bucknell University looking to gain experience in healthcare and research. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue nearly two years of work experience. I had the privilege of working at Heritage Valley Convenient Care, where I learned valuable professional skills in the field, and teaching organic chemistry in a laboratory setting at Bucknell University.

I also have two years of experience in a research laboratory where I focused on metalloprotein binding affinity and freshwater mussel biology. In both my academic and professional life, I have consistently been praised as an efficient and organized worker by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills, which I hope to leverage into any future position.

I have spent two years as a Medical Assistant, transcribing relevant information into patient's electronic medical records. I also have two years of research experience, wherein I wrote multiple journal-grade reports as well as pop-science articles and presentations. I also participated in a semester of music research, where I wrote a full-length research paper regarding ethnomusicology.

I have a BS in Cell Biology/Biochemistry and a BA in Music with a concentration in Performance from Bucknell University.
