I am a second-year student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Strategic Communications. This interdisciplinary focus allows me to explore how and why people behave while applying those insights to branding and marketing. I am particularly interested in fashion, youth culture, and Gen Z–driven marketing.
Having grown up in California, Oregon, and Vermont, I have been exposed to a wide range of styles, identities, and cultural perspectives. These experiences have shaped both my personal style and my professional interests. Thrifting and building a secondhand wardrobe sparked my passion for fashion marketing, sustainability, and brand storytelling, while reinforcing my commitment to reducing my environmental footprint.
I am especially drawn to brands that align with my values and prioritize authenticity, creativity, and social responsibility. My interests in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and Ultimate Frisbee further influence my approach to lifestyle branding and sustainable fashion. Through my creative Waldorf school upbringing, I developed a strong foundation in creativity and self-expression.
I continue to tap into these skills through sewing, knitting, photography, and styling, which have strengthened my ability to connect with others and approach marketing with a unique, human-centered perspective. Professionally, I am seeking opportunities in marketing, digital communications, advertising, and public relations, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or Gen Z–focused industries, where I can combine creativity and strategy.
