• Synthesised a unique catalyst for the process of converting Xylenes from Toluene which exceeded target conversions/selectivity.
• Formulation and synthesis of catalysts of different morphology (extrudates, spray drying and tablet press)
• Successfully scaled up the catalyst in the lab up to 2 lbs, bound and extruded the catalyst with good performance exceeding target.
• Synthesized catalyst for the process of converting light naphtha to aromatics primarily to benzene.
