My journey in the workforce began at Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, where I honed my customer service skills and learned the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Handling various responsibilities, from taking orders to ensuring customer satisfaction, taught me how to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Following my experience in the fast food industry, I transitioned to a role at Scheels Sporting Goods. At Scheels, I gained valuable insights into retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques. My interactions with customers enhanced my ability to communicate effectively and meet their needs, further strengthening my service-oriented approach.
In addition to my roles in food service and retail, I have also worked as a receptionist at a massage parlor. This position allowed me to develop my administrative skills, such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling phone inquiries. The experience taught me the importance of professionalism and discretion in a client-facing role.
Through these varied positions, I have built a solid foundation in customer service, sales, and administrative duties. I am passionate about providing excellent service and thrive in environments where I can interact with people and contribute to a team.
