PIPING SUPERVISOR - Arkad Engineering & Construction Company - KSA

- Handling the Fabrication and Erection of Pipe Lines and steel structure
- Removal and reinstall pipe support 4" up to 72" dia pipe supports
- Supervising the Hydro testing of pipe lines after fabrication
- Knowledge and experience tie-in and hot tapping procedure, including cold cutting to existing pipe, demolition work of existing plant and reconstruction while shutdown
- Coordinating with main stores for necessary arrangement of material consumables and Tools through Material Requisition
- Coordinating with the QA/QC department regarding to inspection
- Follow up with the supporting departments for the execution of projects on time including arrangement of PTW (Permit to Work)
- Cooperating with HSE department during the work to fulfill the safety requirement and to instruct the Fabrication team to follow the HSE instruction
- Verify Production Work Control Records prior to submittal to Quality Record Center
- Prepare Notifications for Inspections
- Piping work according to ASME B31.1 & ASME B31.3
