Experience
❖ 22+ years of experience in architecting and delivering end-to-end BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
❖ Proven and rich experience in digital transformation in various agile based implementation, working with the client in various domain i.e., Oil & Gas, Insurance, Healthcare Products and other IT Service industries.
❖ Proficient in creating complex, optimized data models within Power BI using star and snowflake schemas. Expertise in implementing row-level security (RLS), calculated columns, measures, and hierarchies to support business reporting needs.
❖ Demonstrated ability to optimize Power BI reports and dashboards by improving query performance, leveraging aggregations, and fine-tuning DAX calculations, ensuring fast and responsive user experiences.
❖ Strong experience in implementing robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, security, maintaining data integrity and data privacy policies and regulations across the organization through Power BI .
❖ Innovative and proactive in approach, smart-working, excellent team player & possess good analytical and communication skills.
❖ Experience with designing, implementing, and supporting applications using architectural expertise to ensure reliability and performance.
❖ Strong knowledge of BI tool (Power BI), writing effective DAX queries and data transformations.
❖ Ability to take client requirements, understand them and turn them into powerful story told through engaging visuals in Power BI.
❖ Monitor and Optimize report performance, and optimization issues related to data models, datasets and visualizations and ensure efficient data refreshes.
❖ Good on data analysis and SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
❖ Solution conceptualization, creating proposals, estimations, and proof of concept
❖ Solid experience in technical leadership, strategy planning, requirement gathering, analysis, designing, communicating, and delivering globally distributed platforms and applications
❖ Skilled in managing enterprise-level Power BI environments, including setting up and administering Power BI Premium capacities, gateways, deployment pipelines, and security configurations.
❖ Demonstrated skills in designing software architecture on Microsoft .NET framework.
❖ Deep experience and knowledge of software design methodologies, information systems architecture, object oriented design, and software design patterns.
❖ Well experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack
❖ Experience in writing Power Shells Scripts.
