With over 10 years of professional experience in customer service my skills, adaptability, and enthusiastic energy has rewarded me with the ability to work among professionals from varying business and cultural backgrounds. While working as an accounting clerk with Christopher Pyle CPA, I maintained client bookkeeping portfolios and managed accounts payable and receivable. As an office manager with U Sav Mor, I provided all administrative needs for the company.

This included admin tasks, accounts receivables, and fulfilling human resource duties as needed.

While in municipalities for the City of San Bernardino, I liaised with clients between multiple utility departments ensuring efficient order flow and detailed account management. As a student worker for the McCarthy Family Child Development Center at College of the Desert, I had the unique opportunity to work personally with educators and families to create a fully inclusive environment resulting in national accreditation for the organization. Both roles have sparked my passion for assessing needs and affecting positive change within the community

I am well-versed in administrative functions, have excellent communication skills, am proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Outlook & Quickbooks, and am experienced in call center and customer relations.
