Naimul Khan

I am a driven program/project manager with strong technical knowledge and a data-driven approach to achieving measurable success. With a proven ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and senior management, I excel at managing multiple priorities and hitting deadlines. I have helped my current organization streamline their program process and adopt an agile workflow, leading to increased service-level output while hitting our benchmarks.

I have experience driving change and optimizing processes in various industries. I led the transition of a public workforce program into an agile and lean workflow, implementing sprint cycles and optimizing the process flow to exceed program benchmarks. In IT, I contributed to a website redesign and performed site analytics, completed helpdesk projects, and played a key role in migrating the company to its parent organization.

Additionally, I chaired diversity and inclusion events for LGBT students at Baruch College and founded a startup through the CUNY accelerator program, assembling a team and developing an MVP. My diverse skill set and leadership experience have allowed me to drive success across multiple industries and projects.

During my time at Baruch College, I studied Computer Information Systems and gained expertise in various areas such as object-oriented programming, web application development, relational databases, statistical analytics through R, and data visualization using R and Excel. I also learned the fundamentals of IT project management. With this knowledge, I am well-versed in implementing technology-forward solutions to solve business problems and have a keen understanding of IT project management, lean and agile workflows.
