In Ukraine, I worked in both retail and as a travel adviser, where I developed excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to support people from many different backgrounds. Since moving to the UK, I have worked in care and cleaning roles, consistently performing to a high standard and quickly building a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
