I have 20 years of hotel experience. I come from an extended stay back ground but one thing about hospitality I feel it doesn't matter what background you have you are there for the guests and when you keep that first you thrive because you know why you are there. I pride myself on being a team player yes delegation is needed sometimes but getting in the trenches is what matters and when you do that results from your team are amazing because you are working along side them.
You never know everything…everyday is a learning experience and with that mentality soaring higher everyday is the the goal. I'm extremely positive and a smile goes a long way.
