General contractor of multiple custom residential homes & multi-family luxury condominium on podium projects exceeding 30,000 sq ft., contractor of numerous structural framing & concrete commercial projects, contractor of high-end interior finish on numerous commercial and residential projects. Work in tandem with clients, architects, civil & structural engineers and building officials to ensure quality and timeliness of projects. Clientele included SaveMart Supermarkets, Tractor Supply Company, Ross, Starbucks, McDonalds and Chipotle. Successfully managed budgets of over $10 million including subcontractor negotiations, contract buyout, change orders with adherence to ownership/stakeholders job cost expectations.

Created and implemented master job schedules and 3-week look-aheads.

• Managed and mentored a team of superintendents, project engineers and construction coordinates across multiple jobsites, promoting a culture of respect and trust.
• Directed subcontractor adherence to maintain quality standards implemented in the design teams' construction documents.

Ground-up construction & tenant improvement of multiple Kragen Auto Parts stores. Responsibilities included management & oversight for all phases of projects, including coordination of subcontractors, materials & equipment. Maintained project schedules, interfaced with construction management teams, daily reports and performed inspection walk-throughs with building officials.

Began in construction as a laborer and came up through the ranks to become a master carpenter. Involved in all phases of construction on custom homes, commercial buildings, and remodels.
