Planning and Organization of Infection Control Program Activities includes independently implementing, and coordinating functions, activities of the organization Infection Control program. Design, coordinate, compile, and conduct surveillance and epidemiological investigations and interprets data collected as a result of studies. Collect and communicate significant Infection Control information and data to the appropriate member of the healthcare team and the Infection Control Committee.
