I am a homeschool mom of 5, a wife, a believer in Jesus who loves my family & living in the mountains. I have worked from home since 2001. This fits our family perfectly! I've been able to be a wife, a mom, & a mentor to many through the years. I love to hike, read, spend time at the lake or the beach. I love to work at a job with a strong-team & I like to learn new things, hear different ideas, etc. I am very organized & have a strong knack for proofreading & typing.

In 1996 I started working for San Diego Internal Medicine in their medical records department to fill-in for a lady going on maternity leave. I had never been interested in the medical field, but, that began a very full work history for the next 25 years! I loved organizing, filing, helping people.
I began doing medical transcription for 2 of the 5 physicians while I was there & for the next 15 years I was able to do that full-time or aligning with other jobs. In 2012 a physician opened a new office here in Sevierville & hired me. I have helped to grow this company to 40+ providers & over 30 nursing facilities.
It's been my passion to provide help through each day to make sure they have notes/info they need for our patients. I enjoy typing, organizing, data entry, etc. It doesn't have to be in the medical field.
I received my high school diploma & a certificate in Clerical Services from a vocational school in 1990.
I have finished an online course in medical transcription in 2000.
