Hello! My name is Neha (nay-ha) Kulkarni. I recently graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Bioengineering. I am excited about projects relating to machine learning applications to solve health care problems, investigating how mobility and orthopedic health can be improved among our population, and improving accessibility to quality healthcare.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, long-distance running, and trying new coffee shops. Looking forward to the conversations we will have.
I have prior experience working as an undergraduate researcher at the JVL Orthopaedic Institute for Children as well as the Institute for Biomedical Engineering at the University of New Brunswick. Through both of these experiences, I have learned proper procedures for documentation, presenting results, communicating with my team, and improving technical skills such as Python, Matlab, and SPSS.
I recently graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BS in Bioengineering (3.9 GPA).
